Q: I didn't complete my original Spam Slicer purchase. Can I complete it now?
A: Yes. If you completed everything except the payment, you can pick up where you left off. If you did not complete the personal and account information screens, you can start again at the beginning of the sign up.

To pick up where you left off, go the login screen by clicking on the “Registered users log in here” icon. Then use the username and password that you had already created as if you are logging into your account. Since you have not yet paid, Spam Slicer will ask you to renew your account on the first screen you see after logging in. This is where yon complete your signup-as a renewal of an inactive account. You will pay the same amount as if you had completed your signup when you first tried.

If you did not complete the basic or account information screens during your initial signup, click on “sign up now!” to start again from the beginning of the signup.
